Dog daycare running from carpark

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4252288.

For the past few months, multiple dog day cares have been running from the carpark at the hackney marshes carpark. The dogs are loud, unhappy and not given sufficient care. The workers seem pretty disinterested in the animals
