Bollard missing again

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4243999.

The removable bollard has yet again been remove and disposed of. Trumans and Salcombe road has become a thoroughfare again with drivers ignoring the no entry road sign. Please reinstate more secure bollard and/or the camera on the lamp post
