Bike secure cabin-non reflective/hazrd light issue

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4239164.

The cabin near 14 Blurton road was hit by a car, which caused damage to car and cabin. Point is that the cabins are ''Green'' to reflect green issues, but are like camouflage tanks. need to have reflective strips like skip legislation.
