Huge Rat infestation in bins in communal area of newcombe house

The rat infestation in and around the communal bin area is getting out of hand. Today at midday I filmed about 15 rats in the bin. It’s been getting worse and worse and it’s incredibly unhygienic and quite scary as they’re so big.
