Rubbish Bins, recycling bags and compost bins on pavement

Reported via desktop in the Littering category anonymously at 11:32, Tue 7 February 2023

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4210457.

Rubbish bins, recycling bags and blue food waste bins are being left on the public pavements all week, not just on collection day. This is anti-social and makes the lower end of Lockhurst Street difficult to navigate with a buggy , wheelchair etc.
