Low-hanging branches obstructing pavement near wall

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Unpruned shrubs just inside the back garden of 30 De Beauvoir Square are overhanging the garden wall along the pavement of Hertford Road alongside to a dangerous extent. The mass of bare branches from a grapevine hangs down as far as adult knee-level.
