Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Re Clapton Pond again, this pond has also been used in the past for 'pet lovers' putting koi fish and terrapins in there in the past, I informed someone who deals with Lower Clapton Pond who informed me it wasn't the council who would do that.
