Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

I do not have any equipment to take a photo of Clapton Pond, but have noticed large plastic bags bottles, plastic etc. it on numerous occasions, more recently trapped beneath the ice, it is not worth having notices if what is stated on them is not enforced
