Bags of litter are left on the walk path

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Food licences needs to leave their bin bags in proper 4 wheels bin or find a different way to despose of them instead of leaving the on the walkpath. That is not hygienic, and brings pests.

As taxpayers we deserve the same clean street as everyone else.
