Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Dumped last evening, 25/01/2023 Disgusting food waste possibly from a local concern. We reported this yesterday and have received an email saying the problem is fixed but waste still there. A health hazard attracting vermin. Feels like a hate crime.
