Lighting need adjusting

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

The lights in Banbury road garages (18 of them) are lit from 3.13pm until 9.30am. This is a real waste of electricity. Can they be altered to come on at 5pm and go off at 7.00am please? This would be perfectly adequate as the days are now getting longer.
