The council street cleaning bags have been there for weeks. The state of the path here just attracts other dumping. Now there is a mattress and chair. Are the street cleaning bags still being collected?

  • I should have mentioned that there are also some random wheelie bins here also that don’t seem to belong to anyone. These seem to be attracting fly tipping.
