Blocked drain, flooded pavement

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

The road floods when there's heavy rain, as does the pavement between the cemetery and road. Please unblock the drain, and look at drainage/sunken pavement towards cemetery. Hard to pass in wheelchair.
