Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

On a spot west of the pedestrian crossing by a wall someone has dumped a load of tiny plastic pellets which are gradually blowing east along the length of the road. It's just disgusting. This is the kind of plastic pollution that won't biodegrade.
