  • Good Morning,

    The Nuisance Vehicle Team has inspected the vehicle in question. Unfortunately we are unable to process the vehicle as abandoned at this present stage due to the vehicle in question being parked on private land where a private enforcement company is in place. Please contact your enforcement agent/landlord to get clarification on what type of enforcement is covered on the contract (PCNs/Removals/Abandoned vehicle services). If the abandoned vehicle service is excluded from the contract we will need an agreement in place between LBH and the landowner to be able to deal with any abandoned vehicles on the private land. In the meantime we have closed this report. Please re-report if necessary.
