Roadworks for fibre broadband causing unacceptable disruption

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

This is the second set of disruptive and noisy roadworks for fibre broadband here in the last month. It is currently impossible for a bus to get across the temporary traffic lights going downhill if another bus is waiting to come uphill.
