Once again the rubbish bags from this bin have not been collected for over 9 days . This is a rubbish hot spot and for the main culprit to be Hackney refuse department is both shameful and a disgrace.

The street bin is regularly emptied but the bags are regularly left there for over a week. This just attracts more rubbish. Can you please explain why this situation is ongoing whilst the bags from street bin on cat and mutton bridge are collected prompt.
