Black plastic bags + recycling + clothes dumped next to Eurobins. Encourages anti-social behaviour incl public urination - compromises the safety of residents, esp women, and accessibility of footpath

    Since the previous report, an additional mattress has been fly tipped in the same location. This adds to the sense of insecurity of the area and is blocking the footpath, compromising its accessibility.
