Dog illegally let into the garden behind 25-61 Shannon Court

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

For several months a dog a American pit bull is being let into our garden at late at night. The owner of the dog who has keys for our gate sits in his car for several hours whilst the dog is distressed in the garden. He (JC or KC) says I'm from the council
