Waste pipe leaking on public walkway - environmental hazard

Leaking drain is on the Albion Works Studios building, the side facing Sigdon Passage. It is the furthest drainpipe to the left, and at the top floor. It spews waste water on passers by. I was showered yesterday and got it in my mouth. Disgusting!!
