Litter and rubbish collecting in verges around Alpine Grove/Primrose Square

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

The Council has built new verges/traffic blockades between Alpine Grove and Primrose Square - but rubbish and litter collects in these areas caused by wind/foxes/people - and no one cleans these areas. as it is no part of the 'street'.
