Street cleaning

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4046987.

Our new street cleaner doesnot do the job satisfactory. There us still rubbish in street ,eg discarded bottle ,coffee cup, and debris I gutter that has been there for 3 weeks.
