Large dog feces drop from top floor balcony onto drive/payvement

Sent to Hackney Council 14 hours, 8 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 4037724.

Off pavement dog feces come from above. I saw it with my own eyes and was stunt. Dog kernels are kept in top floor balcony. Loud barking and desperate growling is heard at different intervals throughout the day and night for the past 14 days or so.
