Ice covered pavement

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Since the temperature dropped significantly, and water constantly pouring down on Armhurst road towards Mare street, the pavement is fully covered with ice on the side where TK Maxx and Costa coffee can be found as the passing cars splashing the water
