    The Nuisance Vehicle Team has received your report, unfortunately we are unable to process the case due to the vehicle in question being parked in an underground car park that is not covered by abandoned vehicle policy. Please contact your private parking enforcement agent (if any)/housing association to get clarification on what type of enforcement is covered. The case has been closed.
