Street rainwater gulley causing water flooding to adjacent basement property

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Our basement property at 14 Pellerin Road, N16 8AT is being flooded when there is heavy rain. We suspect it is being caused by the adjacent rain water gulley in the street . We called Thames Water who said this is Hackney's responsibility to investigate
