2x Eurobins in front of others, preventing access. Bags + items fly tipped. Encourages anti-social behaviour incl public drinking and urination - compromises the safety of residents, esp women, and accessibility across pedestrianised section of footpath.

    The problem is unresolved. 2x Eurobins in front of others, preventing access. Bags + items fly tipped. Encourages anti-social behaviour incl public urination - compromises the safety of residents, esp women, and accessibility across pedestrianised section of footpath.
