Continuous littering spread out on the pavement

Balcorne st, alpine Grove, primrose square have been covered in litter for months.The open bins overflow and foxes tear bags and spread out rubbish. Please could you replace bins with closed ones and send a street cleaning team more regularly?

    Thanks for actioning the cleaning. However as you can see from the new photo this is a recurrent problem. What needs doing is to replace the bins with ones with a fixed lid or remove them entirely, since this is a residential zone and most people will have their own.
