Bags fly tipped next to Eurobins. Waste appears to be domestic waste and recycling. Encourages anti-social behaviour incl public drinking and urination - compromises the safety of residents, esp women

    Since the report was made earlier, further bags (domestic waste) have been tipped immediately outside the entrance to the residences. Further signs of urination are visible. Encourages foxes to open the bags not inside the bins overnight, further causing litter strewn across the footpath, exacerbating the issues raised previously.
