Rubbish filling up two yellow grit bins

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

On Navarino Road near the southwest corner with Graham Road are two yellow grit bins, the larger of which is chock-full of rubbish, seemingly in tied full plastic shopping bags, and the other is being used in similar fashion -this has been reported before.
