Street cleaning

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3990984.

The street is supposed to be cleaned, according to the Council, two times a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays - however, this does not seem to be the case, and sometimes the street is not cleaned for weeks on end.

Can you please look into this?

  • Good morning,

    After two weeks the street is still filthy, despite the council website stating that it should be swept twice a week.

    Why is this not happening?

    Please send someone to clean ASAP and on an ongoing basis thereafter.

    This problem has been raised a month ago, but the situation, instead of improving, has worsened, as you can see by comparing the pictures. Why isn’t the council cleaning this road?
