Lighting ti er needs adjusting

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

The lights in Banbury Rd garages come on at 3pm and stay on until 8.30am. They do not need to be on for that length of time, especially as there are 24 of them. This is a needless waste of electricity. Can they be adjusted please?
