Sunken ground by the carpark entrance
Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later
Hi. There is a sunken/submerged ground by our carpark entrance which caused since Hackney council construction team changed the pathway slabs few years ago. They built a high ramp on the pavement which causes serious damage to the low cars' undercarriage.

Dear Mr Husaini,
Your report about the supposed sinking area was received. I have visited and carried out an inspection of the area and can not find any defect at this time. The area is in accordance with our specification which also helps with the drainage when it rains.
However I will keep an eye on the area.
