Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

There are 10 flats on this street and around 4 shops. We have no bins, there is nowhere to put our rubbish! This is inhumane and absurd, we have rats, becasue we have a bakery and a fish shop, and they have to place to put their rubbish bags.
