Human urine

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

There's human urine (sometimes defecation) every week at the entrance of Arakan House (N16 9DT). The building hasn't been cleaned for weeks, there's a horrible smell of urine. It needs to be cleaned, please. Thank you
