Smelly water problem worsened
Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later
Restaurant throws smelly water out in to the street daily. A hole was filled in recently by the council, since then it moves down the road and is gathering outside number 81/83 under the bicycle hangar. It stinks and there is nowhere for it to go
