Rainwater drainage next door council flat is broken for months

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Rainwater drainage/pipe next door broken for months and not been fixed. There is a scaffolding but noone comes or goes. Been there since August. I am a leaseholder however my next-door neighbour is a council renter. Now I have damp walls
