Litter and leaves make the pavement almost impassable. It’s dangerous and very dirty and encourage further fly tipping and littering - just like a broken window

    Still very much dirty and obstructed - please clean the street, it’s been over 10 days. I pushed the leaves on the side to allow people to walk through but I cannot sort out the amount of leaves and rubbish alone
