This lady is putting the bins outside her door and brings a bunch of rubbish like a water dispenser and broken chairs. There is no room to walk past anymore and the bins are ripped and it reaks of old food. This has been happening for weeks and it's enough

    So the problem is even worse now. The bins are on the floor and leaking. I have noticed the letter that have been sent out to this woman that she needs to get rid of them by the 14th which is today....??? Is anyone going to do something about it ????

    This is an occuring problem. After receiving a letter this woman threw everything away but after a week it's happening again. There are fruit and vegetables in the green trays which are rotten and it smells. Yet again there is no space to walk by.
