There is a communal door in the block of flats. Everytime some one comes in or out is slames. The door is on spring back hindge and shouldn't slame. When it alanes it makes me jump and keeps me awake at night when people are coming and going from the block. Please can this get sorted.

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Communal door leading up to other flats makes a very loud slam (bag) when its opened or closed. The door is clearly broke and needs to be fixed so it doesn't bag as loud as it does. This door has a lock on it but it's not used by other residents.
