Bags of rubbish opened and strewn across the footpath and roadway. The footpath is blocked and difficult to navigate for people with accessibility issues

    The problem is ongoing, with the contents of domestic rubbish bags across the entrance to 1-9 Classic Mansions, and further bags of builder’s rubbish have been added.

    Where the problem has not been addressed, the wind has blown the contents of the open bags of rubbish along Shore Road and from the footpath and roadway onto private property. The result is that the whole street is now strewn with rubbish and needs to be swept.
