Litter left at at the SE corner of Cecilia Road and Dalston Lane E 8

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Residents of flats at SE corner of Cecilia Rd and Dalston Ln have been told, supposedly by the council, to dump debris on pavement at S end of Cecilia. Unsightly pileshave often appear there and it seems the waste is being collected.
