For over a year a mechanic have been fixing cars on our parking. At least twice a month. Leaving empty engine oil bottles on the grass and occupying 2 parking spaces all day long.

    This is where children play, my dog might walk through and lick his paws, so as foxes and other wildlife. Could be oil , car radiator liquid, petrol etc. All highly toxic and flammable.
