Glenarm road pavements both sides blocked

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3849881.

Footpaths are blocked on both sides by work barriers so pushchairs, children and disabled people have no option but to walk in the road. I can't get my wheelchair out as I can't fit down the pavement between parked cars / tree root and the pavement blocks.
