Same rubbish problem — different day

AGAIN - rubbish dumped outside our shop. We can see from a letter (in the pile) that it's from number 79. The frustrating thing is the letter actually tells them to dump rubbish on the street. This is our shop front and its effecting business.

  • I've already cleared the rubbish. The residents need a better solution than dumping on the street. GIVE THEM BINS.
