More fly tipping outside 5 Dunston Road

The council cleared up fly tipping earlier this week, and it's happened again: large plant pot being used as rubbish bin, blocking access to residential mailboxes. More rubbish bags were left next to the plant pot; we cleared these ourselves to avoid flies
