Avonline box in Flat 5 , Marsh Court, E8 3AB: not working as it should.

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

For the last year and a half, not able to get several of the channels, that are available. Avonline need to service the box in sitting room in Flat 5, Marsh Court, St Philip Road, Hackney, London E8 3AB. Paying for a service that I'm not setting.
