Slippery Spot on Sidewalk

The 2JZ building near 5 Kingsland Grn has a pipe that leaks out on to the sidewalk and for 2wks there has been a green algae/moss like substance growing where it’s always wet. Several people have slipped and fell and become injured. It needs cleaning.
