Two men sleeping under playground stairs
Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later
Two men have been sleeping under the playground stairs in the courtyard of Marsh Court/St Philip's Estate. They were there evenings of 28-29 August and are still there after 12 pm on 30 August. They are also using the stairwell as a toilet.
