Constant piles of garbage at the top of Clarence Mews

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3782454.

People (i.e. Zionist Church at 42 Clarence Mews) constantly leave huge amounts of rubbish in the laneway. This can't continue! PLease put bins at the top of the street!
